The Animatic

Coral Reeves is technically a mermaid if you count a fish body and human legs to fit the qualities.

While other mermaids are able to lure Fisherman, Coral isn't that lucky. Particularly with her crush of the week, Fisherman Brad, yet how can she catch his attention to go for a swim and possibly a date?

let's just say a makeover is needed.
